Nook Re-do
I have a semi-awkward space (nook?) in my living room. It is leading to the kitchen and was probably intended to be the formal dining area.
I'm imagining it wasn't awkward to the previous owners, who had a baby grand piano there. Or the owners before that, who were truck drivers, on the road 10 months out of the year and left the house "Silence of the Lambs" scary. But, I digress....
Scoping some of my faves sights for design inspiration.

Thinking it might be fun to turn said nook into a bar area...with mid-century modern Danish bar cart and some Phillipe Starck ghost chairs for seating. Then, the Eames lounger can move into the master bedroom! A girl can dream...
